Ingredients

Cauliflower: head (chopped)
Tomatoes: 800 g (chopped)
Green beans: 2 cups
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Onion: 1 piece (large size / chopped)
Carrots: 2 tablets (peeled and sliced)
Garlic: 4 cloves (chopped)
Chicken broth: 8 cups
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Italian seasoning: 1 tablespoon
How to prepare
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the carrots and onions, and saute them until they wilt for 7-10 minutes.
Add garlic and my heart for a minute, then add cauliflower, beans, tomatoes, broth, Italian spices, and flavor with salt and black pepper.
When the mixture boils, reduce the heat, put the lid on, and cook the soup for 10-20 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and serve hot.
