Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken



 INGREDIENTS :

 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs

½ cup dark brown sugar

8 cloves of garlic, minced or slivered

2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

¼ cup Soy Sauce

¼ cup Chicken Broth

½ tsp black pepper    

 INSTRUCTIONS :

  Preheat the oven to 425*

Pat the chicken dry using paper towels

Place the ingredients for the sauce into a saucepan, the chicken broth, the soy sauce, sriracha, dark brown sugar, black pepper and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves

Pour half the sauce into a baking dish and arrange the chicken on top of the sauce

Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken thighs

Place the casserole dish into the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes

Every 10 minutes, spoon the sauce over the top of the chicken

Garnish with parsley or cilantro when the chicken is done.
